Hamilton Winters Group (currently Chancellor-Winters, formerly Mergeron Enterprises) is a company based out of Genoa City. It is owned by Devon Hamilton. It was founded by the Mergeron family, and previously based in France. It was inherited by Dina Mergeron through her marriage to the deceased Marcel Mergeron, who owned and operated it until May 2017.
Dina wanted to sell Mergeron, and Neil and Devon approaches Dina to purchase her company. Dina sold the company to them, and it became the basis for Devon and Neil’s new business venture called Hamilton Winters. Neil had to leave town, so Devon became the sole owner for awhile. He signed artists Tessa Porter and Simone Burch, and also purchased GC Buzz when Hilary wanted to sell it.
