Biography[]

Kevin Fisher is the son of Gloria and Tom Fisher. He had two brothers, Michael Baldwin and Ryder Carter, and one sister, Daisy Carter. He is the father of Bella Fisher and Miles Fisher.

Lily, Gina's and Trouble with the Law[]

In 2003, teenager Lily Winters met mentally unstable internet predator Kevin in an on-line chat room. Even though Kevin was much older than Lily, the two started dating and Kevin often persuaded Lily to skip school to hang out with him at his place. He eventually convinced her to have sex with him. The statutory rape resulted in Kevin giving Lily chlamydia, a common sexually transmitted disease.

Colleen Carlton, Lily's best friend, hated Kevin and Lily's relationship and often told Kevin how she felt. In return, Kevin attempted to kill Colleen by locking her in a refrigerator at local restaurant, Gina's, and then set it on fire. He was never found guilty for these crimes.

However, in 2004, while working as a bookkeeper at Marilyn's, Kevin was wrongly accused of electrocuting Brittany Hodges. Desperate to avoid jail time, Kevin turned to half brother, Michael Baldwin, for help. They were soon joined by their mother, Gloria, after Kevin ran away back home to Detroit fearing he would be sent to jail. Gloria decided to return with Kevin and Michael after Michael made a deal with the Genoa City police. Later, Kevin was sent to prison, where he was beaten to a pulp by cellmates because they knew he committed statutory rape. It was ultimately Lily's father, Neil Winters who found the evidence to have Kevin acquitted. It was some enemies of Bobby Marsino who electrocuted Brittany and framed Kevin for it.

Lauren, Daniel and Mac[]

Kevin soon became obsessed with Lauren Fenmore, a glamorous older woman, because she treated him so kindly. Kevin was heartbroken when he discovered that Lauren was only spending time with him in hopes that he would confess to his crimes. He threatened to commit suicide. Michael talked Kevin out of killing himself, and he and Lauren agreed to be friends. He and Gloria then moved in with Michael and drove him crazy at every turn. Kevin was furious upon discovering that Michael was dating Lauren behind his back. This prompted him to challenge Michael to a boxing match where they competed for Lauren's love. During the match, Kevin finally released all the anger he felt towards his abusive father and Michael apologized for not being there for him more as they were growing up. Kevin eventually became very happy for Michael and Lauren.

Later, Kevin befriended Daniel Romalotti who had just returned to Genoa City from boarding school. To help boost Kevin's reputation, Daniel hired a guy named Alex to attack Lily so Kevin could rescue her and regain his good reputation. In exchange, Kevin agreed to put in a good word for Daniel with Mackenzie Browning, whom ha recently befriended him. However, Alex took the plan too far and slipped Lily a date rape drug. Kevin ended up saving her anyway and Alex disappeared. Lily and her family hesitantly thanked Kevin. Alex then returned and threatened Daniel and Kevin. They then told Michael and Daniel's mother, Phyllis Summers, what they had done. In a heated confrontation between Alex, Daniel and Phyllis, Phyllis' boyfriend Damon Porter arrives and saved them. Alex left town. As Kevin rose to fame because of his daring rescue, he decided to tell Lily that he was responsible for the situation with Alex. She agreed not to tell her parents.

Kevin soon began a flirtation with Mac. Mac was a very good friend to Kevin and persuaded him to seek counseling and to become a better person. Kevin and his brother Michael won the lottery, and Kevin used his share to enter into a partnership with Mac to purchase Crimson Lights from Nicholas Newman and his wife, Sharon Newman. While Mac appeared to have some feelings for Kevin, she was in love with Kevin's nemesis, JT Hellstrom.

John, Jabot and Jana[]

Both Kevin and Michael were shocked to discover that their mother had secretly been dating the wealthy John Abbott. Gloria successfully managed to keep both of her son's identities a secret from John and his kids Jack Abbott and Ashley Abbott until after she and John were married due to John's hatred for Michael and Kevin. Ashley then discovered the truth and told a furious John. However, John's opinion of Kevin improved after he saved John's life. Jack and Ashley then hired a nurse named Geita Hendrickson to care for John.

A jealous Gloria asked Kevin to help get rid of her and he agreed only to find himself immediately attracted to her. He then discovered that she was just using him to get a green card to stay in the country. He then preyed on her superstitious beliefs and scared her away from Genoa City. Gloria and John reunited and John came to accept Kevin and Michael as family. Just then Kevin's abusive father returned in 2005, and Kevin was forced to relive the memories of the physical and emotional violence that Tom inflicted upon him as a child.

Tom then got involved with psychotic Sheila Carter in her mission to kill Lauren. Not realizing Sheila was intent on murder, Tom rescued Lauren. Thinking Tom was responsible, Kevin's stepfather John shot him. Tom died at the hospital. Tom was cremated and Kevin took his remains and poured them down the drain. Kevin was left to run Crimson Lights alone. Kevin's mother convinced him that he shouldn't settle for just selling coffee, but should try to get a job at Jabot Cosmetics.

Kevin was then hired to run Jabot's website, while still owning and operating Crimson Lights. Kevin began dating new Crimson Lights worker, Jana Hawkes. Just as things seemed to be going well, Alex returned to blackmail Kevin and Daniel about their involvement in his attack on Lily. His plan failed when Kevin, Gloria and Jana made a fake video that shows Alex attacking Jana to make it seem like he was attempting to rape her. Alex then left town.

Jana and Plum[]

Kevin and Jana fell in love. During their relationship Jana developed a fascination with the murder of Carmen Mesta. She even made a "hobby" out of keeping a scrapbook of Carmen's murder information. Later, Jana and Colleen appeared to have been kidnapped and/or killed by Adrian Korbel. However, this was not the case, as Jana planned the kidnappings. Jana "escaped" from the refrigerator where she and Colleen were held, and managed to get Kevin to the fridge, where she held him and Colleen at bay while confessing to the murder of Carmen and to the kidnappings. Kevin was shocked, saying that he thought she loved him. Jana said she used Kevin and then fell for him. Jana locked Kevin and Colleen in the fridge, set the building on fire and framed Kevin for it. Kevin and Colleen were rescued by JT and Korbel who were under the impression that Kevin attempted to murder Colleen. While Colleen lay in a coma, Kevin was arrested at the hospital as everyone believed he had harmed Colleen, Jana and Carmen. Colleen woke up and revealed the truth. Kevin and Colleen forgave each other and became friends. Kevin then received a call from Jana but Kevin vowed to kill her if they ever met again.

When Amber Moore asked Kevin if her cousin Garrett can stay with him for a while, Kevin reluctantly agreed. Actually "Garrett" was really Amber's ex-boyfriend Plum who was blackmailing her. After continuously being threatened by Plum, Amber discovered him dead after an accidental fall. As Amber scrambled for the device containing the nude photos Plum had of her, Amber, Daniel and Kevin stumbled across a bag full of money. Since Kevin desperately needed cash to find Jana and exact revenge, he agreed they should all keep it. After both Kevin and Daniel's homes were broken into and Amber was kidnapped by the people in search of the money, they had no choice but to come clean. After Amber was rescued they were all arrested and released on bail.

Kevin teamed up with Colleen to track down Jana after she began emailing and calling him expressing how sorry she was. Kevin decided to play on her feelings for him to lure her back. He then deliberately smashed his car into a tree and ended up in the hospital and Jana came running back. As she was about to be arrested, Jana had a seizure and it was discovered that she had a brain tumor that caused her actions. Kevin doubted her symptoms but fell back in love with her. She had surgery where 99% of the tumor was removed. Jana worried that the tumor would return. She broke up with Kevin. But they evantually got married.

Katherine Chancellor, Remember?[]

After Gloria noticed Katherine Chancellor's memory lapses she asked for Kevin's help in helping to take advantage of it, They hot-wirined Katherine's car so that she would think she forgot where she put it and printed up documents for her to sign her stock over to Gloria. Katherine believed that she had agreed to do so due to a cell phone call that Kevin created. In the midst of all of this, Kevin became increasingly interested in having access to the money Gloria promised him. It was not long after that when he discovered a large sum of cash in Katherine's purse that she left at the coffeehouse. He wrestleed with the decision of whether or not to return it saying he wanted to shower Jana with expensive gifts. Kevin then decided it was best to call Katherine and tell her he had the money. But Katherine "dies" before he could return it.

Kevin's guilt was quickly noticed by Amber who became convinced that Kevin killed Katherine. She came to realize Kevin did not commit the murder when she saw Katherine walk into the coffeehouse. Amber then apologized and tried to find Katherine to help her remember.

Once Amber found Katherine, she was convinced that it was really her. Amber, Kevin, Jana and Daniel all agree to help Katherine get her life back. They discovered that her identity could be proven if her antique ring was found that she wore during the car crash. The foursome then broke into a pawn shop where she had pawned it a few months before and got it back from the person who bought it. A court-ordered DNA test that Michael arranged for Jill Abbott and Katherine came back negative so everyone still believed that Katherine was dead, with the exception of Kevin and Amber. Katherine was then kidnapped by con man Clint Radison who was responsible for posing Marge Cotroke as Katherine twenty years earlier. As Clint and his accomplices held Katherine and Esther Valentine hostage, Kevin and Amber managed to track them down. After coming into the room, Kevin is drugged by Clint. They took Kevin along when they fled locking him in the trunk of a car where he was forced to relive the abuse he suffered as a child by his dad. Meanwhile, Katherine and Esther were rescued by Gloria and Amber.

Clint, Ryder and Jana[]

While being held hostage Kevin was drugged and ordered to rob banks. Clint learned of the abuse Kevin suffered from his father and took advantage of it by claiming to be his father and continuned to force him to rob banks. Clint had a heart attack and died. Kevin then began to suffer from Stockholm Syndrome and continued robbing banks. Amber soon found him but was taken hostage by Kevin and forced to rob a bank with him. Once they were found, Kevin and Amber were arrested. While Amber got out on bail, Michael managed to have Kevin admitted for psychological evaluation. However Heather Stevens had Kevin put in a padded room. He was haunted by his alter ego, the Silver Chimpmunk, but a visit from Amber made him see reality.

In 2009, Kevin's brother, Ryder Callahan, comes to town, but Jana and Lauren were suspisious. They knew that Ryder was hiding something about a murder that got Daniel arrested and tried to get it from him. Ryder wasn't the killer, and a red light photo proved it. There was a woman in the photo, and it was revealed to be Daisy Sanders, an employee of Lauren's. Jana started snooping, and realized that Ryder and Daisy were responsible for the death of a little boy named Max Potter.

Daisy became worried that Jana would learn something she shouldn't, and abducted her with the help of her aunt, Sara Smythe. They put Jana in a cage. It was then revealed that Ryder and Daisy were Sheila and Tom's twins. Daisy tried to make Kevin believe that Jana had left him for another man, but Kevin refused to believe it. Meanwhile, Jana started to get migraine headaches and got weaker and weaker. Sara and Daisy kidnapped Lauren and forced Ryder to take care of them. Ryder was torn between saving them and being loyal to his evil aunt. But when he learned that Sara was going to kill Michael and Phyllis, Ryder attacked Daisy and set them free. Kevin took Jana to Murphy's helicopter, where Jana collasped. She was rushed to the hospital and had to have risky brain surgery. She lost all emotion, and the doctor said that she may never get it back.

Kevin tried to get Jana to fall back in love with him, but all it did was make her feel pressured. Kevin convinced her to go on a date with him, and as they were about to go, Ryder showed up and asked Kevin to forgive him before he turned himself in to the Genoa City police. Jana felt bad for Ryder and asked Kevin to bail him out. Kevin refused, so Jana did it herself. Kevin and Jana argued and they decided that their marriage was over. But Kevin was still worried about Jana, so he got the key for her room. He walked in on her having sex with Ryder. He punched Ryder and then stormed out. Jana eventually got her feelings back and tried to reconcile with Kevin. He was too hurt so he filed for divorce and asked her to sign the papers.

Mark, Gloworm and Jana[]

In November, 2010, Mark Hogan told Kevin he had until that night to come up with the $10,000 he owed him. Chloe Mitchell told Kevin she would help him get out of this jam. Kevin went to see Jeffrey Bardwell who told Kevin he had no idea where the money went. The mystery was solved when Gloria Bardwell gave Jeffrey a new watch and modeled a new dress and shoes she bought with some of the money she found in a shopping bag. Since Gloria had removed the dress tags and had the watch engraved, Kevin and Jeffrey put their heads together to figure out where they were going to come up with the money.

After getting caught with the bag of money in Gloworm's parking lot by a cop, Kevin and Chloe Mitchell got thrown into cells right beside Daisy Carter. A guard arrived to take Daisy to Genoa City Memorial Hospital for her DNA tests. After he was released, Kevin dropped by Daisy's room warning her to stay away from the people he cared about. Daisy said the baby shouldn't have to pay for her sins and told her half brother he was the only one that could make sure that didn't happen. Daisy begged Kevin to do what he could to make sure her baby wasn't born behind bars.

Kevin said he would do what he could and left. Meanwhile, Jana Hawkes was eavesdropping the entire time outside the door. In December at Kevin's apartment, Jana primped before she knocked on Kevin's door. Jana brought dishes of Kevin's favorite foods. Initially he seemed annoyed by her impromptu visit but Jana insisted she'd come only as a friend. Kevin reluctantly invited her inside. Jana promptly made herself at home. While they dined, Jana chatted about Fenmore Baldwin's Christmas morning experience. Later, Jana perused the apartment and said she could envision it filled with toys and baby paraphernalia.

Jana, Daniel and Chloe[]

Jana Hawkes said she intended to convince Daisy Carter that Kevin would make the perfect dad for her baby. After Jana left, Kevin cradled Delia Abbott's first Christmas ornament in his hand and seemed lost in thought. Kevin phone Michael Baldwin and said he had something to discuss. Kevin argued with Phyllis Summers about adopting the baby but agreed to consider supporting her adoption of Daisy's baby. Later, Kevin advised Michael about Phyllis' plans. Chloe Mitchell approached Kevin in a friendly manner but, when he claimed that their "relationship" was blown out of proportion, she slapped him.

Kevin showed up at Daniel Romalotti's and confronted Daisy. Kevin accused Daisy of using Jana and the baby to make sure Daisy never returns to jail. Kevin said that Daisy had taken advantage of a mentally imbalanced woman adding that Daisy caused Jana to become unhinged. Daisy defiantly told Kevin that he could not have her child. Kevin warned Daisy not to mess with him. Kevin said that Daisy had no idea of what kind of a man he was. Kevin said he would make sure Daisy would never get her hands on the baby. Kevin declared that once he set Jana straight, Jana would bail on her deal with Daisy.

Kevin was behind the counter at Crimson Lights. Jana was surprised to find him working on New Year's Eve. Kevin said he would be heading to Jimmy's later for the party. Jana asked if it was a private party. Kevin said it was open to the public so Jana suggested meeting him there. Chloe walked into Crimson Lights after Jana left. Chloe was all dressed for the holiday. Chloe asked Kevin to accompany her to Jimmy's party. Kevin was surprised that Chloe wanted to be with him. Chloe said that they were still friends, and Chloe enjoyed his company.

Recent Developments[]

Kevin rejected Chloe Mitchell's invitation. Kevin didn't want to be Chloe's sidekick anymore. Chloe told Kevin to enjoy his New Year's Eve all alone. Kevin said he wasn't spending the night alone. Allison arrived and Kevin kissed her. Chloe walked out in anger.

Chloe laters shows up at Jimmy's in her pajamas, and she and Kevin finally admit their feelings for each other. They kiss at midnight.

In January 2011, Kevin brought Jana Hawkes out of the examination room at the hospital. Chloe, Abby Newman, Michael Baldwin and Lauren Fenmore rallied around Jana and learned that she had sustained a mild concussion. Chloe asked if Jana could go home and Jana announced that she could as long as someone stayed with her. Chloe stifled a grimace when Kevin agreed to let Jana come to his place. However, the Jana situation didn't work out, and Kevin made her move out of his apartment. Jana, who was unwilling to give up on Kevin and what they had had together, later died after a fight with Chloe. It was later revealed that she had died of natural causes.

Marriages to Angelina and Chloe[]

Kevin and Chloe later get engaged, but their relationship is later threatened by a mobster's daughter and aspiring singer named Angelina Veneziano, who develops a crush on him. On the day of his wedding to Chloe, Angelina tells Kevin that she's pregnant; minutes later her ex, Carmine Basco, shoots at them. After mishaps in both Nigara Falls and her father's fishing cabin, Kevin and Angelina marry so that he won't get killed by her father's henchman Dino. The marriage is later annulled, and Kevin finally marries Chloe at Gloworm on March 27, 2012.

Happy together personally, the Fishers go into business together by launching a fashion retail website called TagNGrab, attracting various investors like Adam Newman and Katherine Chancellor.

TagNGrab[]

Despite getting a few investors like Katherine and Gloria on board, Kevin and Chloe realize that they need someone with deeper pockets to invest in the site. Chloe suggests Adam, but Kevin is against it. Despite his objections, Chloe asks Adam if he's interested. After hearing what the site is about, Adam accepts. Upon finding out, Kevin is upset at his wife for going behind his back.

Having the Harvard-educated Adam on board makes Kevin feel inferior. Adam's take-charge approach and sharp business instincts are in stark contrast to Kevin's more laid-back approach. Upsetting Kevin even more is Chloe supporting the various decisions Adam makes to help make the site successful. Noticing how left out Kevin seems to be, Adam has a talk with him, and both men come to an understanding, both realizing that they have to work together in order for TagNGrab to be successful. Despite that, Adam and Kevin continue to fight over decisions made for the site. However, their fighting almost costs them a deal with Jabot, causing Kevin to realize that it may be better to let Adam have more control depsite his own misgivings.

Divorce from Chloe, Delia's death, and the aftermath[]

TagNGrab ends up going under, and Chloe decides to go into business with Adam's ex-wife Chelsea Lawson while Kevin focuses on Crimson Lights. The failure of TagNGrab, however, takes a toll on their marriage, and the couple decide to spice things up by stealing stuff. After robbing Katherine's house, Chloe realizes what a mistake she's makng and tells Kevin that she doesn't want him around her or Delia, resulting in them separating. They later divorced.

Kevin got for a job working as for the GCPD. He wanted to prove to Chloe that he could be a good influence on Delia. Chloe agreed to start over with Kevin as friends, and he was happy to have her and Delia back in his life. Delia was killed in a hit and run accident, and Kevin did his best to support Chloe while he too was devastated by Delia's death.

Chloe agreed to donate Delia's corneas to Adam and Chelsea's son, Connor Newman, and Kevin became worried that Chloe was starting to become obsessed with Connor as she spent more time over there. Kevin's fears became a reality when Chloe kidnapped Connor and took him to Paris. Kevin, Chelsea, and Victor Newman convinced Chloe to give Connor back to Cheslea.

Kevin enlisted Michael's help to keep Chloe out of prison, and then remarried Chloe. Kevin had hoped he could help him Chloe some stability, but Chloe's grief over losing Delia was too much. Chloe drugged Billy and planned on sleeping with him, hoping to create "another Delia". Though Kevin didn't want to lose Chloe, he realized she needed professional help. Kevin and Chloe slept together one last time before she left town the next day.

Kevin was hopeful that Chloe would return and they could start over, but that hope was shattered when Chloe sent him divorce papers. Kevin was depressed over losing Chloe, and focused on helping Cheslea dig into Ben Rayburn's past. Kevin stole a doctor's id pass, and Detective Mark Harding found it. Harding wanted to lock Kevin up, but Michael helped Kevin get out of trouble. Michael scolded Kevin on going back to his criminal ways. Kevin expressed a desire to leave town and start over, and Michael sneered that Kevin would always need him to bail him out of trouble.

Friendship with Mariah[]

Cassie Newman's look-a-like, Mariah Copeland, comes into town and works at The Underground. Eventually Nick Newman and Sharon Newman let her into their home. Kevin and Mariah meet and bond over their messed up childhoods, and favourite book series.

After a fight between Mariah and Sharon, Mariah encounters Kevin, and they both plan to leave town, but Mariah ends up leaving town with her guardian, Ian Ward. Sharon finds out she had another daughter, Mariah, who is Cassie's twin. When Kevin hears Mariah left town with Ian, he becomes concerned about her. Kevin decides to stay in town after helping the police track Mariah down. Mariah decides to stay in town as well, and she and Kevin becomes close friends. Kevin noticed Mariah had become close with her co-worker Austin Travers, and warned her not to get too close with him since he was married to Summer Newman. Mariah told Kevin she doesn't get involved with other women's men. Kevin brings up her attempt to break up Abby Newman and Tyler Michaelson. Mariah told Kevin he was a jerk, but then said it was nice to know he cared.

Michael attended Nick's bachelor party prior to his marriage to Sharon along with: Jack, Kevin, Devon, Neil, Cane, Austin, and Noah.  The had been having a couple beers and talking. The guys ended up showing up at Crimson Lights at the same time Sharon's bachelorette party was taking place. They were also heavily loaded. Abby had a couple too many drinks and bashed Sharon for marrying Nick again because Sharon married Adam Nick, Abby's father Victor, Nick again...etc. Mariah stood up for Sharon against Abby, and Abby stated that Mariah spits venom about Sharon every day. Once Michael Baldwin got slammed to the floor, a drunken fight broke out. Everybody there ended up in jail. Eventually, they were set free.

The next day, Kevin caught Mariah eyeing up mystery man, Joe Clark. He and Mariah talked about their "not date", and Kevin teased Mariah about liking him. Mariah showed up for Faith's birthday although a little late. She bought Faith her favorite cupcake. Before Nick and Sharon's wedding, Mariah called Victor to get him to rush over here to blurt out Sharon's secret. He said he couldn't and she said then she will. She met up with Kevin. Kevin said she looks pretty and she didn't think the dress was hot enough and ripped off the ribbon around the neck. Mariah claimed she forgot to get Sharon something blue but Sharon didn't mind. When Faith and Summer left for a minute, Mariah gave Sharon a blue braclet which Faith and Summer came back and saw.

The wedding didn't happen though because Phyllis Summers burst through the doors and collapsed. Nick and Sharon rescheduled, but the revelation that Summer Newman was really Nick's daughter and that Sharon had switched the paternity test, ended their relationship. Mariah expressed her frustration to Kevin about not being able to help anyone, but Kevin reassured her that she was helping him. Mariah started praising this new author called Plato Sphere, but Kevin pretend not to his book; however Kevin was actually Plato Sphere. Kevin helped Mariah defend Sharon to Austin and Summer's insults, but he later convinced Mariah not to cause problems between Austin and Summer, and she begrudgingly agreed.

Dealing with Michael's Cancer[]

Kevin became suspicious after he heard Michael telling someone over the phone that "Lauren can never find out". Kevin accused Michael of having an affair, which Michael denied and begged Kevin to let it go; but Kevin didn't let it go, and eventually Michael admitted he has prostate cancer. Kevin tried to get Michael to tell Lauren about his cancer, but Michael refused. The stress and worry caused Kevin to snap at Mariah for being selfish when Mariah started talking about the day she was having Mariah gave Kevin a cookie as a "peace offering" and admitted she is new to this whole friendship thing.

After Michael missed his and Lauren's anniversary party, Kevin angrily demanded that Michael tell Lauren the truth or he will and then left. Kevin went to the The Underground where Mariah worked. Mariah noticed that something was off about Kevin, and tried to get him to open up to up to her. Kevin finally told Mariah that Michael has cancer. Mariah didn't know how to respond, so she simply said "that sucks". Kevin didn't like that reaction and accused Mariah of not having compassion. Mariah told Kevin she gets what he is going through, but that she isn't his "whipping boy". Kevin decided that he shouldn't have told Mariah and got up to leave. Mariah caught up with Kevin and apologized. She promised to be their for Kevin and hugged him. Kevin then kissed Mariah. Mariah was stunned by the kiss and the two debated what to do from there. Kevin decided he didn't want to jeopardize there friendship when Mariah suggested they have sex, and agreed to help her decorate a Christmas tree he had bought for her.

While they were decorating, Kevin hung mistletoe over his and Mariah's head and teased her about being afraid to kiss him. As Kevin and Mariah went to kiss, Sharon came home and Kevin left soon after. Kevin ran into Fen, who was off for Christmas Break. Fen told Kevin that he knew and Kevin assumed that meant he knew about Michael's cancer,(Michael and Lauren had told Fen Kevin was upset), he inadvertently told him that Michael has cancer.

On Christmas Eve, Kevin asked for Mariah's help in searching for Detective Mark Harding's rabbit, Roscoe. Mariah found Roscoe, and discovered that Roscoe was a she and had babies. Kevin and Mariah wished each other a Merry Christmas and went to see their respective families. Kevin arrived much to the delight of his family, Jill, and Colin. Kevin and Mariah and Kevin kissed again on News Years Eve, but this time Mariah initiated the kiss.

Helping Michael and Mariah[]

Kevin and Michael were running in Chancellor Park when Michael got injured. Kevin called Lauren, who was in a meeting with Jill and Gloria. Lauren and Gloria went to see Michael in the hospital. Gloria was shocked when she learned Michael had been diagnosed with cancer. Kevin and Lauren told Michael that Gloria would have found out eventually.

Kevin was late to work, and Courtney Sloane questioned him about it. Kevin acted evasive about Courtney's question and she told him if he was late because he was out with Mariah Copeland last night she would be okay with covering him. Kevin told her that he and Mariah aren't dating. Courtney asked why and Kevin said the timing makes it impossible. Courtney told him love doesn't care about timing before leaving.

Kevin found Mariah asking him about the dagger she found in a box on his desk. Mariah told Kevin she found out about his criminal past and that he can talk to her if he is ever in trouble. Mariah soon figured out it as memorabilia from their favourite book series. Kevin teased Mariah about being attracted to his dark side.

Against Michael's advice, Kevin did some hacking and found out Victor owned the property that Joe Clarke had purchased. After telling Avery and Dylan, Kevin went to the Underground to talk to Mariah. Kevin noticed something off about Mariah and asked Austin and Summer about it. They soon realized it was Cassie and Mariah's birthday. Kevin showed up to wish Mariah a happy birthday, and Mariah invited him in. Kevin informed them about Victor being involved with the warehouse district. Sharon gave Mariah a present which was a garnet necklace which was the birthstone of both Cassie and Mariah. Mariah didn't want Cassie's leftovers got grouchy and left. Kevin followed her and gave her a birthday present. It was a portrait of a FanFiction character which Mariah loved. Mariah went to The Underground and kissed Austin after he wished her a happy birthday.

Kevin showed and was surprised to see Mariah kissing Austin. Mariah said she liked kissing Austin and Summer came back and asked what Mariah liked doing. Kevin covered for Mariah and she left soon after. Kevin followed Mariah to Crimson Lights where they argued. Mariah accused Kevin of being jealous told him to go so they can stop being friends. Mariah said she was sick of being picked apart and analyzed by everyone. Kevin said he isn't trying to run her life and that he honestly cares about her. He tells her he knows what it's like to protect yourself from the world. Mariah admits she can't handle people caring about her. Kevin tells Mariah she deserves to be loved, and. Mariah admits she is afraid of something real. Kevin tells her she may find someone someday and then leaves.

Kevin is upset when Michael rewrites his will and makes him the executor. Kevin feels he is unworthy of such responsibility, but Michael assures Kevin that he, aside from Lauren and Fen, is the only one he can trust to get it done properly. Kevin stops by the Underground where he asks Mariah how she is after their talk. Mariah asks Kevin why he cares so much about her. Kevin tells her that if he can help her, maybe he can help himself. He asks Mariah to make a donation for the cancer run he and Michael are doing. Mariah gives him all of her tips. Kevin leaves and sees Fenmore, who is upset. Kevin assumes it is about Michael, but Fen reveals he told Summer that she is too good for Austin, and it upset her. Fen says Summer should just let Mariah have Austin and then proceeds to talk negatively about her. Kevin tries to defend Mariah, and Fen wonders why. Kevin sees Mariah upset and goes to comfort her.

After a donut and a coffee, Mariah was ready to head home. She asked Kevin to give her ride. They arrived at Sharon's house just as she was leaving to meet with her attorney. Faith told Mariah that she told Sharon to lie about Nick asking a woman (Sage Warner) to take off her clothes when what it really happened as Sage has spilled water on herself. Mariah reassured Faith that she wouldn't be in trouble. Kevin realized Mariah was considering not tell Sharon what Faith told her, so it could give her an advantage against Nick. Kevin convinced Mariah that was the wrong thing to do. Nick and Noah came back home, and Kevin left.

Avery went to Kevin for help. She wanted him to fit her with a wire, so she could get Joe Clark to admit he sent those thugs to beat up Dylan. Kevin listened in, despite Avery asking him not to. Kevin later advised Avery that she should always make sure she has back up incase something goes wrong.

After Nick and Sharon's custody battle, Nick gained full custody of Faith. Kevin showed up and Mariah told him she feels like she failed as a daughter and Sharon doesn't love her as much as she loved Cassie. Mariah laments that she doesn't have a place to stay and Kevin says she can move in with him.

Party and murder[]

Despite her argument with Sharon, Mariah still defended Summer's attempts to attack her. She ultimately accepted Kevin's invite to move in. Mariah received a mysterious Valentine's invite to a party at the Abbott cabin. Summer and Austin came in. And Kevin asked if they sent the invite. Austin said that they got one as well, and Summer seemed surprised. Mariah realized Summer and Austin were having problems, and gleefully wanted to talk about it some more; Kevin suggested that they don't and led Mariah away. Summer As the four of them wondered who sent the invite, someone watched them from behind a curtain at the Underground.

At the cabin, Mariah, Kevin, Austin, and Summer were soon joined by Abby, Fenmore, and Noah. Noah called Abby out on being the one who called them to the cabin, and she admitted it. Abby suggested they play Never have I ever. Everyone grabs a cup and Kevin stops Fen and gives him a stern look. Mariah asks if Kevin really thinks Fen doesn't drink at school. Fen says that they everyone does. Kevin says he hopes Fen is doing it responsibility, and Mariah laughs. Summer said "Never have I ever had a crush on a best friend", which Kevin and Mariah looked at each other and drank. The game continued to be casual fun until Fen said "Never have I ever committed murder, which causes Austin to storm out in anger.

Austin comes back and apologizes for storming off like he did, saying that talking about murder made him think of his mom. Abby wants to continue the game, but Summer and Austin decide to leave. Courtney shows up and says that everyone that has to stay there because there is a bad storm out there. Someone spikes the punch, and everyone loses consciousness after drinking it. When they regain consciousness, they can't find Austin. Kevin goes out to look for him, but comes back when he can't find him. Kevin opens the closet doors and Austin tumbles out.

Courtney tries to revive Austin, but pronounces him dead. Courtney finds blood by Austin's head and tells everyone not to touch the body. Everyone gets scared and starts accusing each other. Noah finds a vial in the garbage, and Fen admits he spiked the punch with a drug that was supposed to loosen everyone up, but he admitted he didn't know what it was and wouldn't say where he was. Abby starts yelling at Fen, and Kevin defends him by bringing out up the "Naked Heiress" stunt from Abby's past. Abby defends that it was a publicity stunt and that know one ended up dead. Mariah says that Abby cannot talk about Austin that way. Summer yells at Mariah to not talk about Austin at all, and Mariah screams at Summer that she was looking out for her feelings.

Suddenly, Mariah remembers this is like a part from one of Plato Sphere's books. Kevin gets defensive when people start attacking Plato Sphere, and he admits he is Plato Sphere. Mariah and Fen defend Kevin, but everyone else accuses him of murder. Summer remembers hiding a bloodied bookend under one of the couch cushion. She finds it and screams in horror. Summer tearfully starts crying that she killed Austin, but Noah and Fen refuse to believe it. Courtney bags the bookend for evidence. Summer starts hyperventilating and Abby, Noah, and Fen try to calm her down. Courtney says Summer couldn't have gotten Austin into the closet, so Kevin implies that someone may have helped her. Fen snaps at his uncle, and Mariah tells Fen not to get mad at Kevin when this is his fault for drugging them.

Cover up[]

Summer takes Abby out of the room to calm her down, and Kevin scolds Fen for using drugs again. Courtney says she has to report everything that she hears, but Kevin and Noah say they won't testify about what Summer said. Courtney tells them to stop it, and says that even though Summer's confession was made under duress; she still has to report it. Kevin and Mariah make up a story about Austin slipping and hitting his head. Courtney is dismayed that they want to cover up Austin's death. Mariah says Summer doesn't deserve to go to jail. Courtney is adamant that they be honest, so Mariah asks Courtney if she wants to tell the police that there was a homicide, and know one remembers what happened because Fen drugged them. Summer finds the murder weapon, says she did it, and gets arrested. Mariah asks Courtney how that version works out for her. Courtney says what they are doing is a felony, and asks Noah to back her up; but Noah sides with Mariah, Kevin, and Fen. Courtney says they could get caught and then all of them would go to prison. Kevin suggests that she use her expertise to cover it up. Noah, Kevin, Mariah, and Fen all agree to the cover up; but Courtney says they are making a mistake. Noah apologizes to Courtney, and she cries that if she does this then she is no better than the dirty cops that think they are above the law. Noah says he is asking Courtney to save his sister because she can't save herself, so Courtney reluctantly agrees to help them.

Kevin and Noah lift Austin's body, so there is no evidence. Courtney says they have to make sure the angle of the blow makes sense, and says they are going to do this right. Mariah asks Abby to take care of Summer. Kevin and Noah lay Austin on his side, with his injury laying on a rock, so it looks like he slipped and hit his head on the rock. After getting their official story straight, Fen goes to set up the cover up and discovers that Austin's body is gone. Summer is hopeful that Austin may still be alive. Noah goes to look for Austin, and the police arrive and ask what happened. Kevin covers and says he fell off the ladder, but he is fine. They say Austin went to look for help and never came back. The group is taken back to Genoa City where they give statements. Noah leaves after hearing about a collapse at the Underground. Mariah and Fen sit with Summer in the interrogation room. Summer is panicking and Mariah tells Fen to get Summer under control because she isn't going down for something she didn't do. Summer continues to freak out, and Mariah loses her patience with Summer. She tells Summer that this isn't just about her anymore, and that they are all in trouble if the truth comes out. Summer shoots back that this was Mariah's idea, and that she didn't ask her to do this. Mariah scoffs that she did this for Austin, and not for Summer. Paul comes in and announces that Austin has been located and that he is fine.

Kyle Abbott Returns[]

Paul takes Mariah, Kevin, and Summer out by where the Abbott Cabin is. They see someone, wrapped in a blanket coming towards them. Summer runs to the figure only to discover that it is Kyle. Paul asks Kyle what he is doing out there, and Kyle says that his car stalled. Mariah and Kevin immediately wonder if Kyle had been the one who moved Austin's body, and even wonder if he had been the one who murdered Austin. Summer is appalled at the idea, but Mariah and Kevin want to investigate Kyle's car. They find a piece of fabric sticking out from the trunk. Mariah and Kevin want to open the trunk, but Summer is against the idea. Noah arrives, and agrees with Mariah and Kevin on opening the trunk. Mariah procures Kyle's keys and unlocks the trunk.

In Kyle's trunk, they find a flashlight and first aid kit. Mariah admits she expected to find Austin's body instead, and Summer goes off on Mariah for thinking the worst of Kyle. Mariah tries to explain what she meant, but Summer carries on, and Mariah angrily tells Summer that they are on the same side. Kevin finds a bloody cloth in the trunk, and Noah suggests they have Courtney look at it. Mariah doesn't trust Courtney, and is worried she would sell them out. They head to the hospital to confront Kyle about what they found. Abby wonders why Kyle would cover this up, and Mariah says there is no telling what someone would do to protect the person they love. Kyle comes into the room, and Noah says he remembers seeing Kyle outside of the Abbott cabin, and Kyle denies that he was there. Kevin asks about the bloody cloth, and Kyle says he had a boxing match before he came home. Kyle asks why does he feel like he is being accused of something, and then asks what really happened to Austin.

Abby thinks they should tell Kyle, but Mariah says that too many people already know. An officer comes by to talk to Summer, and while that is happening out of the room, the group tells Kyle how they think Summer killed Austin, and they staged it to look like an accident. Summer comes back and says that Austin's body was found in a wrecked car. Abby wonders if Austin could have survived, and died by crashing an abandoned car; but Mariah brings up that Austin had no pulse. Summer is asked to identify the body, and the group stays in the waiting room. After Summer identifies Austin's body, she heads to the chapel to mourn him. As the group wonders if Austin had anyone else who cared about him, Mariah realizes Abby had real feelings for Austin. After Kyle leaves to check on Summer, Mariah says that she doesn't trust Kyle, and Abby says that's because she doesn't know him; Mariah adds that she doesn't trust Abby either. Noah asks Kevin if he can discreetly get the blood on the rag analyzed, and Kevin says that he can.

Kevin, Mariah, and Noah share their suspicions about Kyle with Abby. Abby can't believe Kyle would be an accomplice to murder, but Noah says he is hiding something. The four head over to Summer's place while she is watching a video of Austin made of her and Summer. After Summer left the room in the video, Austin turn to the camera said he owes Summer an apology. Austin went on to say how he was depressed, and how he needed to tell Summer something. Summer had interrupted him before he could make his confession, Kevin noticed the way Mariah stared at Abby and took her aside to ask what was going on. Mariah avoided answering Kevin, but he asked her again when everyone had left the room. Mariah told Kevin that she doesn't think Austin was depressed in that video, and that he was instead guilty. Kevin asked about what, but before Mariah could tell him, the video switched to Austin and Abby joking around at Crimson Lights. Summer came back and was wondering why Austin had a video of Abby on his laptop. Noah said Austin was working on a documentary about corporate titans. Summer said she doesn't remember, which made her feel even worse. Kevin got a text from his contact, who got the blood on the towel analyzed. Kevin and Mariah went to the station where they learned that Kyle lied when he said the blood on the towel was his; it was Austin's blood.

Courtney comes into the room and Mariah and Kevin tell her the blood on Kyle's towel is Austin's. Kevin shares his theory that Kyle killed Austin, and Courtney says that Kyle could have put Austin's body in the armoire, but wonders why Kyle wouldn't just leave with Austin's body. Kevin says maybe he wanted them to find the body. They decide to leave for Austin's memorial, but Mariah stays behind. Kevin listens as Mariah talks about how her friendship with Austin and how she misses him. As Kevin and Mariah head out, Kevin sees Nikki and Neil at the station, and wonders what happened. Neil tells Kevin that Christine was hit, and Kevin wonders about the baby. Kevin checks on Christine's status before heading to the memorial. Kevin arrives as Courtney and Noah are talking about Kyle. Noah leaves to get Austin's laptop and asks them to keep Kyle at the church till he gets back. Kevin wonders if they have been covering for the wrong person. The memorial begins, and Nick and Mariah talk about Austin. Summer gets on the stand and talks about Austin and how her family welcomed him. She then stops and accuses Abby of sleeping with Austin.

The anonymous messages[]

Abby runs out of the church in tears, and Mariah accuses Kyle of knowing about the affair. Summer asks Kyle if he knew, and he reluctantly admits he did. Summer asks who else knew, and guesses that Mariah knew because of her and Abby's private talk at the cabin, and that Kevin knew as well. Summer continues to have a meltdown, and Jack and Phyllis order everyone out of the church. Outside, Mariah, Kevin, and Courtney continue to accuse Kyle of Austin's murder. Kyle snaps that they don't even know who they are protecting, and that they could be protecting themselves.

Mariah, Kevin, Kyle, and Courtney storm into the Abbot cabin and accuse Abby of Austin's murder. Abby says she didn't do it, and says that they all have as much motive as she did. Abby says Mariah could of been jealous that Austin chose to cheat with her instead of Mariah. She turns to Kyle and says he could have done it because he wants Summer for himself, or that Kevin could killed Austin because he was jealous of Mariah and Austin's friendship. Abby opens the armoire and the group sees that a message reading "I know what happened here" is written on the mirror. They wonder who could have wrote it, and Courtney takes a picture of it. Summer and Noah go to the Abbott Cabin where Kyle, Mariah, Kevin, and Courtney are. Courtney tells Summer that she didn't kill Austin, and Kevin and Noah say the blood on the towel was Austin's. Kyle explains that he punched Austin, but Mariah and Noah are still skeptic because he lied about the blood being Austin's and also lied about being in town. Kyle's explains that he wanted solid proof before he told Summer about the affair. Abby comes out of the back room, and Summer charges at Abby. Noah holds her back, and Abby runs out of the cabin holds her back and Abby runs out of the cabin. Kevin and Courtney show up for work and tell Noah and Mariah they might as well leave since they aren't getting anywhere. Noah wonders what they should do. Mariah figures the person who wrote the note must have known they wouldn't tell anyone. Noah figures that means the person knows them pretty well, and Kevin wonders how well they know this person.

Summer asks everyone to meet her at the Abbott cabin, and shows them the message on her mirror, saying "I know what you did". Mariah and Summer both continue to accuse Abby of lying, and she leaves in frustration. Kyle goes after Abby, and the group continues to wonder who is watching them, and leaving the messages. Noah thinks it is convient that Fen left town shortly after Austin's death. Kevin says he has school, and is trying to get his life back in order. Mariah asks if drugging them part of his rehab program. Summer says she knows, and Fen he wouldn't do it. Mariah says she also thought she knew Austin, and is bad judge of character when it comes to men. Summer and Mariah start fighting about Austin, and accusing each other of writing the messages. It escalates, and Kevin and Noah have to pull them apart. Courtney says they should go to the police, but Mariah, Kevin, and Noah are against the idea. Mariah says she isn't going to jail to protect Summer, and Summer says that she never asked for her help. Mariah snaps that she would turn her in if she could, and Kevin tells them to shut up. Kevin shares his theory that someone has been planning this set up for a long time, and Summer wonders who would want to kill Austin. Suddenly, the group hears a noise and rushes out to hear the sound of someone running away. Summer feels they should go to the police, and Mariah says she is the reason she they didn't to to the police. Summer says she doesn't think she killed Austin anymore, and tells them what she remembered. Despite Kevin and Mariah's objections, the others leave to go and tell the police while Mariah and Kevin stay behind.

Kevin decrypts a file on Austin's computer, where he spoke with such hatred about the Newman and Abbott families and promised to reveal all about them. The group figures that someone from the Newman or Abbott families could have had Austin killed. Kyle says Jack isn't a murderer, and Summer says Victor wouldn't do something so horrible, and they don't know him. Mariah points out that Victor hired her to gaslight a mentally ill woman (Sharon), so she knows him pretty well. Mariah continues to taunt Summer about how she didn't really know Austin, and Summer says Mariah will never know the kind of love she and Austin had. They soon find out from Stitch that Abby had told him all the details of Austin's death. Kevin questions Stitch, and he is offended by the idea that they think he had something to do with Austin's death. Stitch says he didn't really know Austin other than when Austin asked to interview him, and Stitch said no. Kevin later finds out that was a lie, and finds a file of Austin trying to interview Stitch.

Mariah and Kevin are at Sharon's looking for her phone charger. Mariah continues to insult Abby, and Kevin asks if she still hates Abby because she blames her for stealing Tyler from her. Mariah isn't sure, but admits that she is jealous because Abby is rich, smart, funny, fearless. Kevin tells Mariah says is all of those; except rich, and tells Mariah that Abby has nothing on her. Mariah disagrees and guys think go for the rich good looking girls. Kevin says Mariah has substance and cares about others. He tells her that even though she won't admit it, he knows she is just trying to protect Summer. Kevin tells Mariah without her he would be out of his mind. Mariah laments that hanging out with her hasn't stopped Kevin from breaking the law and Kevin says there is no one else he would rather face jail time. Kevin suggests getting a phone charger, that was confiscated, at the station. Mariah jokes that they get away with covering a murder, but get caught taking a phone charger. Kevin says Platro Sphere outsmarts the good and the bad guys. Mariah says he almost makes breaking the law sound noble, and says Kevin is a fun person to get in trouble with. They are about to kiss when Sharon comes home. She is surprised to see Mariah there, and says he she hasn't seen her much since the trial. Mariah reminds Sharon that she kicked her our, and notices something is off with Sharon. Kevin leaves to give Mariah and Sharon some privacy. He goes back to Crimson Lights where he learns Sharon had tried to take Austin's computer because she did an interview with him that she didn't want anyone else to know about.

Mariah and Noah are annoyed at Summer's persistence that Sharon is guilty of murdering Austin. Mariah accuses Summer of wanting Sharon to be guilty and says that Sharon could have told Austin something that Victor or Nick didn't want getting out and they could have hired someone to kill Austin. After talking to Dylan, Noah comes back and is even more worried that Sharon is guilty. Mariah says that once they find the interview, they can prove Sharon is innocent, but Noah is worried that it could make Sharon look even more guilty. Noah leaves after getting a call from Dylan about Sharon, and Kevin finally decrypts Sharon's interview. In it, Sharon says that Nick did something so horrible that he would be in prison if Victor hadn't covered up. Summer refuses to believe it and accuses Sharon of lying. Noah comes back and says Sharon got the same lipstick message they did. Summer suggests Sharon wrote it and argues with Noah and Mariah about it. Kyle speaks up and admits he wrote the message on Sharon's mirror. Mariah and Noah are furious with Kyle for playing with Sharon's mind, and he explains he did it to ferret Sharon out and get her to confess. Noah punches Kyle and is restrained by Kevin. Noah insists that Sharon is innocent, but Summer says they found evidence that points to Sharon. Mariah and Kevin add that the evidence could also point to Victor or Nick.

Kevin finds a video of Jack in Chancellor Park on Austin's computer. He convinces Courtney to help him back into the system, but triggers the alarm. Paul demands to know what they are doing. Kevin lies and says he was trying to use the computer for personal reasons, and that Courtney tried to stop him. Paul demands to know what Kevin was doing, and Kevin says he can't tell him, so Paul suspends Kevin.

Courtney and Noah become engaged, and are there wedding in Chancellor Park shorty after. Courtney is late to the wedding and the group receive a text message from Courtney telling them to the Abbott cabin. At the cabin, they find Courtney dead in the armoire. The group finally call the police and also tell the truth about Austin's death. Paul is furious with the group, and tells Kevin he should fire him, but he needs his help to recover data that was deleted from the GCPD servers.

Search for the real killer[]

Sharon is arrested for the murders, and Michael gets the tire iron retested, finding traces of latex. Mariah points out that latex could have been used to make copies of Sharon's fingerprints and planted them on the tire iron to frame her. Kevin goes to tell Paul this, who tells Kevin that hey have evidence that puts Sharon at Austin's apartment during the time someone deleted the files from Austin's computer. Kevin tells the group this, reaffirming Summer, Kyle, and Abby's belief that Sharon is guilty. Kevin realizes that the Deli in the video is closed at the time Sharon was supposedly at the apartment, which means the time stamp could have been faked.

Sharon is arrested when she breaks her house arrest by attending the reopening of the Underground. Mariah tells Kevin that Sharon and her are their own worst enemy, and urges him to run. Kevin tells Mariah he isn't going anywhere. The GCPD soon realize that they have no concrete evidence against Sharon, and drop the charges. The group decides that maybe it is over and the killer won't come after them anymore. In private, Mariah tells Kevin she knows him well enough to know when he is lying, and that he believes they aren't out of danger. Kevin tells Mariah he believes she thinks the same way. The group then get a text message to meet at the cabin.

Kevin, Noah, and Kyle go to the cabin and are soon joined by Stitch. Fen shows up, and reveals he sent the texts. He reveals that he has been in contact with the killer, and everyone is angry that he kept it a secret. Fen reveals he was blackmailed into drugging them after he hacked into the school's database and changed his grade to a passing one. Paul shows up and Fen tells him everything. He also gives Paul the envelope that the drug came in. Kevin tried to comfort his nephew, but Fen blames himself for Austin and Courtney's death.

Paul tells the group that the DNA on the envelope is a match to an anonymous drug lord named Marco Anacelli. The group wonders why a drug lord would kill Austin when Paul tells them that their isn't enough evidence to prove Marco is the killer, and Kevin wonders if the FBI is helping Marco. He hacks into the FBI database and finds that Tobias Gray, a former Jabot, is a possible suspect. Kevin convinces a reluctant Mariah to help him break into Tobias' apartment. There, they find evidence that Tobias is the killer and set up Sharon.

Kevin still has his doubts and continues to look for the killer. He leaks information on GC Buzz that Tobias wasn't the killer. Kevin is arrested, but the killer responds to Kevin's post, meaning he was right. While waiting for his arraignment, Kevin talks with Summer, Kyle, Abby, and Mariah at the Underground, and suggests they make a documentary about the killings to put more pressure on the police. Everyone refuses and Mariah reveals to Kevin that she was the one who posted the response on GC Buzz to get him out of trouble. Mariah asks Kevin to help her, but he says that they have probably already got her IP address. He suggests Mariah confess, and says Michael can get the charges dropped against her. Mariah doesn't believe it will work for her, and suggests she and Kevin run away together.

As Mariah leaves the Underground, Paul and Harding arrive and take her and Kevin down to the station. Paul finally fills Kevin and Mariah in on his plan to lure the killer into a false sense of security. Kevin tells Paul he has to out more pressure on the killer. Harding prepares to arrest Mariah, but Paul calls him into the other room. Alone, Kevin asks Mariah if she was really going to run. Mariah says she would have, but she would have missed Kevin. Paul and Harding come back and tell Kevin and Mariah they are free to go, but warns them not to interfere with the investigation anymore.

Kevin and Mariah back off until they realize that Noah's new friend, Marisa Sierras, used to be involved with Marco. She tells them that Marco is dead in a car at the bottom of the lake. Kevin and Mariah go swimming in the lake, and find a car with no Marco. They tell this to Harding, who questions Marisa about Marco. In private, Harding asks Kevin to keep an eye on Marisa. Kevin sees Marisa meeting with Victor, and tells Harding. Harding calls Marisa to the station and asks her to give a description of Marco. He has wanted posters made, which Kevin takes out to show to Mariah, Noah, Abby, and Summer. Kevin brings up that he saw Marisa meeting with Victor in a park. Summer becomes appalled at the implication of Victor's association of Marco and storms off. Mariah asks Kevin if he believes that is really what Marco looks like, and Kevin says he doesn't.

Kevin starts to become suspicious of Harding babe he overheated him on the phone to someone. He finds a receit for camping equipment and questions the timing of it. Kevin tries to follow Harding, who catches him. Kevin manages to evade Harding's questions with Mariah's help. Kevin wants them to follow continue to trail Harding, but Mariah convinced Kevin to go tell Paul, and they convince him to investigate Harding. As Mariah starts to feel they can relax, Kevin pulls out his laptop and starts doing some more digging on Harding, much to Mariah's dismay.

After Harding was shot in the arm, Kevin believed he had been wrong about Harding, until Summer confirmed Harding was at the cabin the night of Austin's murder. Harding was killed during a standoff between Paul and Dylan, and Kevin still wondered how Victor was tied into the murders.

Dating Mariah & New assignments[]

Mariah asked Kevin to attend Nick and Sage's baby shower as her date, and he happily accepted. While at Crimson Lights, Kevin got Mariah a fancy coffee drink, and Mariah joked that she still hasn't forgiven him for using up all the milk at home. Kevin wondered how they went from being friends to roommates to an old a fried couple, and said he hasn't even gotten into second base. Mariah asks if Kevin wants to put his hand up her shirt, but Kevin says they missed all the fun stuff that normal couples do like flirting and kissing. Mariah reminds him they aren't normal, and lists all the normal couples baby didn't make it. Kevin tells her to forget it. Mariah later that is him down at the GCPD and says they should go on an actual date. Kevin invites her to come to Katherine's memorial with him, and then says they can go on a date afterwards.

Kevin formally introduced Mariah at Katherine's memorial. Esther tells him how happy she is to see him move on, and Kevin asks how Chloe is doing. Mariah has to leave the memorial early to look after Faith. When a blackout occurs near the end of the service, Kevin leaves to check on Mariah. He finds she is doing alright, and goes to leave, but Mariah asks him to stay.

Victor calls Kevin in, and asks him to perform a side job for him. Victor's systems has detected a virus and he wants Kevin to see if it is causing any damage. Kevin checks it out and says Newman servers blocked it. Kevin later tells Mariah about his new side job with. Victor, and Mariah warns him not to cross Victor. Kevin does just that when he has a meeting with Gabriel Bingham, who is working to protect Jabot's systems from the Paragon Project. Kevin and Gabe know that Jack and Victor won't share information about the Paragon Project, despite their mutual promise that they would, so Kevin and Gabe decide to share the information and then tell Victor and Jack. When Kevin tells this to Mariah, she retorts by calling him an idiot.

Mariah brings Kevin to a hotel room, where they have sex for the first time. The next morning, Kevin and Mariah agreed the sex was awful and decided to stay friends. Dylan asked for Kevin's help to help him find Hilary Curtis, and Kevin also continued to try and find out who was behind the Paragon Project. He traced the origin of the virus to Gabe's old penthouse.

Adam & Chloe return[]

After learning that Ian was behind the Paragon project, Kevin went to check on Marish to see if she was okay. Mariah said she was, and Kevin vowed he wouldn't let Ian hurt her. When Kevin goes to tell Chelsea and Gabe what he learned about the mastermind behind paragon, he noticed Gabe's reaction, and realized he was Ian's partner. What Kevin would be later shocked and angry to find out was that Gabe Bingham was actually a very much Adam Newman.

On the second anniversary of Delia's death, Kevin is present when a tree is planted in Deliama honour at Chancellor Park. Adam shows up at the park to see Connor, and then Chloe reveals herself. She pulls a gun on Adam, and threatens to shoot him, but Kevin helps talk her down. Kevin escorts Chloe back to her room at the Atheltic Club, and they catch up. Kevin tells Chloe about Mariah, and Chloe says she is happy he is moving on.

Kevin is determined to see Adam finally pay for Delia's death, and felt that the fifteen years he had ultimately recieved wasn't a long enough sentence. Kevin and Mariah return to the GCPD, coming straight from the trial where Paul reveals that Adam was hit by afar. Kevin immediately gets to work on finding the driver, and is dismayed when he ultimately learns it is Chloe.

Kevin gets a call from Mariah, saying Chloe is at the Underground, and wants to speak with him. The call cuts out, and Kevin and Paul rush to the Underground where they find Mariah unconscious after Chloe attacked her. Kevin tries to defend Chloe's actions, but both Paul and Mariah help Kevin see that Chloe is a danger to herself and others.

PassKey[]

During the Halloween party at Newman Towers, Paragon started a fire, and the entire building was evacuated. Kevin and Mariah helped the children get out safely, and then waited at the hospital for news on everyone else. Ian was behind the fire, but was apprehended soon after. After Ian's arrest, Paragon continued to weak havoc on Newman. Kevin went to Switzerland to find the new cause of Paragon. Down there, Kevin met a hacker named Natalie. Natalie told Kevin about her idea of a program that could prevent,'even the most sophisticated hackers, from breaking into a computer's database.

Kevin returned to Genoa City, and was very secretive about the project he was working on with Natalie. Mariah eventually played the friendship card with Kevin, and he told her about it. Billy overheard it, and tried to get Kevin to cut him in on the deal. Kevin needed one million dollars, but Mariah suggested Kevin con two million out of Billy. Impressed, Kevin decided to cut Mariah in and make him a silent partner.

Billy was injured in an accident, and Victor learned about Kevin's project. He tried to get Kevin to sell the idea to Newman. Kevin eventually relentant, but then Natalie showed up in Genoa City on the run from another investor she had taken money from.

Kevin and Mariah his Natalie in a room at the Athletic club. Kevin asked Mariah to watch Natalie while he went to work. Natalie and Mariah found that Adam had been kidnapped, and surmised the kidnapper wanted Natalie in exchange for Adam. Natalie duped Mariah, and went to see Victor. She accidentally exposed Kevin and Mariah defrauding Victor out of an additional million dollars, and Victor kicked them off the project.

Kevin was part of the trap laid for Adam's kidnappers. He gave Natalie a bracelet that had a tracking device. The switch was going to happen during a fashion show show that Chelsea was hosting, with Natalie partaking in it. Natalie was saved, and made a deal with Phyllis and Billy to help them get revenge on Victor. Phyllis agreed to allow Natalie to cut Kevin and Mariah in on the deal.

Phyllis and Natalie's plan worked with Victor getting a faulty version of PassKey program, and Jabot getting the real one. Victor was revealed to be the one, who brought Marco Annicelli to town, and Marco was involved in the deaths of Austin and Courtney, making Victor indirectly involved. Victor was arrested and sentenced to fifteen years in prison.

Victoria threatens to sue Jabot for possession of Passkey. Billy, Phyllis, Natalie, Mariah, and Kevin all decide they have to lie at the deposition. Summer is also subpoenaed, so the group pressure into lying as well. Michael overhears this, and advised them against it, citing Kevin and Mariah will get the maximum sentence due to their criminal records, and that by the time Natalie get out of prison, know one will want anything to do with her.

They all lie at the deposition, and drag Summer and Jack into it was well. Summer later admits the truth to Victoria, and Jack is able to make a deal with her. Natalie splits her share of the profits with Kevin, but cuts Mariah out. Furious, Mariah pressures Kevin into getting Natalie to cut her in, until Summer reminds Mariah that Kevin can split his cut with her. When Marish questions this, Kevin just walks away.

Kevin and Natalie have dinner at an extoric restaurant where Natalie gets drunk, and attempt to seduce Kevin. Kevin instead helps Natalie get settled until she passes out.
